The Catcher in the Rye will most likely never be made into a motion picture, still, they got to make Igby Goes Down and that is close enough. An excellent all around cast. Many surprises including a great story and an innocent ending that makes you `glad` you saw the movie. Susan Sarandon is terrific in her supporting role and Culkin has proved himself as a leading man.
